I’m a marketing leader with 13 years of experience leading teams and serving consumers while driving awareness, demand, and distinction for iconic brands.
What you should know about me is that I have a thirst for learning (and unlearning). I believe marketing is part art and part science, so I thrive in roles where I can flex across strategic, creative, and analytical thinking. You can count on me to take bold creative swings grounded in strategy, insights, and data. Brand strategy is my bread and butter, but I have a depth of experience across content, creative, production, global and regional integrated campaigns, digital media, and PR.
While producing innovative, game-changing work is important, the humans behind the work and their career development is equally important to me. I value humility, family, laughter, curiosity, and respect, which is why I create a culture of ongoing, candid two-way feedback. My leadership style is about collaboration, adaptability, empathy, and avoiding getting caught up in being right. It’s about growing others and combatting complacency. I seek out potential and I give my team the opportunity to take calculated risks. I’m not one to play it safe.
In my spare time I run marathons, write, and practice becoming fluent in Spanish. You can often catch me outside unplugged and on a hike with my husband, son, and dog.
